Guarding my Thoughts

Ego equals negative thinking. I heard Radleigh Valentine say those words this morning. It makes so much sense with all that I’ve been working through lately. I am working to release the hold that my ego has on me.

I am intentionally focusing on thinking from my soul, a place of love. But my ego is very strong. My ego muscles have been built from a lifetime of pain, and poor reactions and decisions based on that pain.

My work now is to remain present, to guard my thoughts with love, and to keep my ego at bay.
